Wrapping up Q1 at JT Allen

As we wrap up the first quarter of 2023, JT Allen Real Estate has been fortunate to experience success during March, selling properties in some of Sydney’s most desirable areas, including Bondi Beach, Edgecliff, Double Bay, Clovelly, Bellevue Hill, and Randwick. We recognise that our success is not solely due to the appeal of these locations, but also to our team’s hard work and dedication.

Our Property Management team has seen its lowest arrears ever experienced with no defaulting tenants and our vacancy rate is 0.83% the team continues to work hard to support our owners and tenants through these interesting times. With rents rising strongly for houses and apartments, this is a great market for Investors and Landlords.

We recognise that the real estate market is constantly evolving, and we are committed to staying ahead of the curve and adapting to new challenges and opportunities as they arise.

The first quarter of 2023 has also been eventful for JT Allen internally.

We celebrated the incredible women in our team on International Women’s Day. Each and every one of them plays a vital role in the success of JT Allen, and we’re grateful that they’re part of our team.

Our Sales Team also had the pleasure of attending ‘The Tesolin Conference’ where they spent the day listening to various experts in the Real Estate industry, gaining valuable knowledge and insights that they can bring into their day-to-day operations.

Our incredible Property Manager, Isabella Battell, and Sales Executive, Ryan Rubinstein, were both featured in The Daily Telegraph as Rising Stars in the Real Estate industry. We’re so proud of all their achievements and can’t wait to see what future successes they continue to have.

And we also welcomed Xenia Goodwin (Property Officer) and Rachael Walsh (Sales & Marketing Coordinator) to our growing team. We’re glad to have them on board!

From our JT Family to yours we want to wish you a Happy Passover and Easter and a restful, peaceful break.
