Less than 3 months’ since we announced that Ryan Rubinstein had joined JT Allen Real Estate, we are extremely proud to report on Ryan’s early success in his first few months.
When we announced Ryan’s onboarding in February, JT Allen’s Director and Founder, Josh Allen, said that Ryan was exactly the type of person that we look for in our business.
“Ryan is energetic, enthusiastic, hard-working and understands that the results come when you apply yourself to your craft,” said Josh.
In the first few months of Ryan’s career with JT Allen, he has listed and sold 2 properties of his own accord.
“This is a rarity for an up-and-coming agent and more so in the current market. We are very proud of Ryan’s achievements,” continued Josh.

When asked about his early success, Ryan commented that the JT Allen working environment and Josh’s leadership, coupled with his own tenacity had created the perfect environment for him.
“Contrary to some belief, the real estate profession doesn’t produce overnight success – to make your mark you need to work very hard and be strategic, hungry, consistent, have a thirst for knowledge, be trustworthy and be memorable,” said Ryan.
“On top of this, you need someone that will believe in you, teach you and provide the platform to facilitate your goals – a leader. I have that in Josh and feel that I have put myself on a path to a very successful career,” concluded Ryan.
